The Pushy Posse began as “The Ball Breakers”, a women’s bowling team. These ladies hated bowling but they loved their matching uniforms and hanging out together. Having never won a game, they devised the perfect plan – defense. Tootzy RollHer shoved Olive Glitter into the other team’s number one bowler, knocking her down and causing her to throw a gutter ball. The ladies kept up with this strategy evolving into the occasional fist-fight and finally won a game. The Wisconsin Baller’s Association expelled the team and stripped them of their name for their violent behavior. Refusing to give up, the ladies formed a posse, The Pushy Posse. They started an underground "fight club" to take out their aggression, but couldn't find anyone else who wanted to go against their hard hits and hair pulling tactics. After a few months of beating on each other the posse decided it was time to branch out of the basement and find a way to push other people around again. They were estatic when they found the Fox Cityz Foxz roller derby league who accepted them with no questions asked. The team was thrilled to have opponents again and could not wait to get on the track and knock some girls down! The Posse mostly focuses on roller derby now, but occasionally will sneak away to brawl, just for old times sake.
